A fully-flanged, resilient-seated check valve with a slanted-seat mechanism that operates even under low differential pressure. Its one-piece, rubber-coated, reversible disk offers free passage and doubles service life. The design includes integrated disk stops, and the disk is mounted without bearing friction, ideal for both horizontal and vertical installations across water treatment, distribution, wastewater, power generation, and industrial applications.

DN 40–300

EN 558 Basic Series 48 (DIN 3202, F6)
Resilient-seated in accordance with EN 16767
Turnable disk doubles service life
Envelope within a quick-disassembly body cover; includes G ¾″ threaded plug for drainage
100% full-bore design ensures low pressure loss
Integrated suspension eliminates bearing friction; pre-stressed rubber joint ensures responsive closing
Drinking water, raw & cooling water systems
Municipal wastewater and sewage lines
Power plants and industrial infrastructure with moderate acids, alkalis, and oily media
Standard model with fully encased, rubber-lined disk with integrated stops
Optional lifting device (G ¾″) for manual disk operation
Optional bypass valve for flow bypass under full operating pressure
Body & Bonnet: Ductile Iron EN‑GJS‑400‑15 (GGG‑40)
Disk: Ductile Iron EN‑GJS‑400‑15 (GGG‑40), fully encapsulated with EPDM rubber
Fasteners: Bonnet bolts in Stainless Steel A2 (DIN EN ISO 3506); drain plug in Brass
Entire valve is epoxy-coated internally and externally according to GSK guidelines for durable corrosion resistance.
Designed for water, wastewater, and seawater. Its rubber-lined components effectively manage solid-laden and contaminated flows, although compatibility with aggressive solvents should be verified.
Reversible disk reduces replacement frequency
Full-bore profile ensures minimal head loss
Integrated suspension system minimizes internal wear
Quick maintenance access via flip-open cover
Optional lifting and bypass enhancements ensure added operational control
Manual lifting device (G ¾″) for disk manipulation
Bypass valve for controlled flow situations
Retrofit lifting and bypass options available without full disassembly
From forging and casting to machining, assembly, and testing — every step is managed under one roof to ensure consistent quality, faster lead times, and zero compromise.
