This double‑chamber, resilient‑seated air valve features a triple‑function design—capable of venting large volumes of air during pipeline draining, bulk release during filling, and small-scale air release during operation. The float is made of plastic, ensuring high reliability with low maintenance. In the ‑S variant, a VAG CEREX® 300 butterfly valve is integrated, allowing the valve to be isolated during maintenance without shutting down the pipeline.

DN 50–300
PN 10 / 16 / 25
Full‑flange per EN 1092‑2 standard
Resilient‑seated; compact double‑chamber design with high discharge capacity.
Female thread per DIN ISO 228. Also available with flange per EN 1092‑2.
Sidewise drainage plug and lifting lug included.
Large orifice for rapid air venting during drainage Large orifice for bulk air release during filling Small orifice for continuous air release under pressure
Minimum Operating Pressure: 0.5 bar
Ideal for use in water treatment, distribution pipelines, dams, power plants, industrial sites, and pressure management systems. The integrated butterfly valve in the TWINJET®‑S enables maintenance without stopping the flow.
– Standard Double‑Chamber Type – without butterfly valve.
– TWINJET®‑S – includes integrated butterfly valve for operational isolation.
– Body & Bonnet: Ductile Iron EN‑GJS‑400‑15 (GGG‑40)
– Internal Parts: Plastic (float—plastic; stainless steel A4 only for DN 250 & 300)
– Seals: EPDM
– Bonnet Bolts: Stainless Steel A2 (DIN EN ISO 3506)
Coated inside and out with epoxy as per GSK standards, safeguarding the valve even in demanding environments.
Designed for water, including potable, raw, and cooling water. Typically not suitable for seawater, sewage, or aggressive wastewater.
